Please read these terms carefully before using Feather WHM services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by Feather WHM ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and anyone who accesses our website or services. By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Services Provided
Feather WHM provides the following services, subject to availability and these Terms:
- Shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS servers, and dedicated servers
- Domain name registration, transfer, and management
- Professional email hosting and Google Workspace reselling
- SSL certificates and website security solutions
- Website design, SEO, and digital marketing services
- Related technical support and consulting
Service specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Providing truthful and current registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information. One person or entity may hold multiple accounts, but each account must have accurate contact details.
Payment & Billing
All services are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle selected at the time of purchase:
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and US Dollars (USD) for reference
- Payment is due at the time of order and upon each renewal cycle
- We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
- Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Invoices are sent 14 days before the renewal date via email
- Late payments (beyond 7 days past due) may result in service suspension
- Refund policy: 7-day money-back guarantee on new hosting orders (excludes domains, SSL, and third-party licenses)
- Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal content under Pakistani or international law
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating mailing lists without proper opt-in
- Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious software
- Engaging in phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent activities
- Excessive resource usage that degrades service for other customers on shared infrastructure
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
- Running cryptocurrency mining operations on shared or reseller hosting
- Hosting adult content, gambling sites, or content promoting violence
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation.
Service Level Agreement
We are committed to providing reliable hosting services with the following guarantees:
- 99.9% network uptime guarantee for all hosting services
- Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations and will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible
- If uptime falls below 99.9% in any calendar month, affected customers may request service credit
- Credit is calculated as 5% of monthly fee per hour of unscheduled downtime, up to 100% of that month's fee
- Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days of the downtime incident
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions) are excluded from SLA guarantees
Data & Backups
While we take data protection seriously, it is important to understand the shared responsibility model:
- We perform daily automated backups as a courtesy service for shared and reseller hosting
- Backup retention varies by plan: typically 7-30 days of rolling backups
- You are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data
- We do not guarantee the integrity, completeness, or availability of backup data
- Backup restoration is provided on a best-effort basis and may incur a fee for manual restores
- VPS and dedicated server customers are responsible for their own backup solutions unless managed backup is purchased
We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of your website files, databases, and email. We are not liable for data loss.
Domain Registration
Domain registration services are subject to the following terms in addition to registry-specific policies:
- Domain registrations are subject to ICANN policies (for gTLDs) and PKNIC policies (for .pk domains)
- Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the domain is provisioned
- Domain disputes are handled through the applicable dispute resolution process (UDRP for gTLDs, PKNIC policy for .pk)
- Domain transfers require an authorization/EPP code and must comply with registry transfer policies
- Domains must be at least 60 days old before transfer (ICANN requirement)
- We are not responsible for domain expiration if renewal payment is not received on time
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or any provision of these Terms
- Non-payment of invoices beyond the grace period (7 days past due)
- Legal requirement, court order, or law enforcement request
- Activities that pose a security risk to our infrastructure or other customers
- Upon your request to cancel services
After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow retrieval. After this period, all data including files, databases, and emails will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download backups before account closure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms
Intellectual Property
Ownership of intellectual property is clearly defined as follows:
- You retain full ownership of all content, data, and intellectual property you host on our platform
- Feather WHM retains ownership of its platform, branding, software, and proprietary systems
- You grant us a limited license to host and serve your content as necessary to provide the services
- Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without written permission
- Open-source software provided as part of our services remains subject to its respective licenses
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services:
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan
- Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before pursuing legal action
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan
- The courts of Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings
- The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made:
- We will provide at least 30 days written notice via email before material changes take effect
- A summary of changes will be posted on our website
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
- Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
- If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your services before the effective date for a prorated refund
